An Ironic piece of metal

I find irony very humorous, and nowadays you can find irony just about anywhere. Its pretty hard to explain exactly what irony is. Its something you'd probably get a dictionary for. Heres a short sentence from wikipedia on irony:

Irony is a literary or rhetorical device, in which tehre is an incongruity or discordance between what one says or does, and what is generally understood.

I think a small part of my brain just melted.

Anyways, heres a sample of total irony:

When John Hinckley attempted to assasinate President Ronald Raegan, all of his shots innitially missed. But a bullet ricocheted off the bullet proof window of the limosine the President was in, and the bullet struck the presidents chest.

The irony here is that the windows that were made to protect the president, were partly responsible for him being shot.
